Women to Remember began with a simple refusal: that the women who shaped science, art, medicine, technology, and society should not disappear from history, and that the women shaping tomorrow should never be left behind by it.
History has too often overlooked women's achievements, or credited them to someone else. We exist to change that in two directions at once: preserving the stories of remarkable women, and equipping today's women with the skills to help build the future.

We make that first step easier. We teach women how to use and build with AI through practical, hands-on learning that focuses on understanding rather than memorizing tools. Because technology changes. Good thinking doesn't.
Every course we teach is researched, tested, and designed to help a woman build something real, not simply watch another tutorial.
Alongside our teaching, we maintain a living record of remarkable women: historical pioneers, Nobel laureates, innovators, entrepreneurs, artists, scientists, and the Living Legends whose work is shaping our world today.
Because what comes next deserves role models as much as it deserves technology.

The Founder
Farida Khalaf founded Women to Remember to unite two lifelong passions: preserving women's stories and preparing women for the future. She is a data engineer, AI educator, cybersecurity instructor, and author of 100 Women to Remember, the book that inspired the movement. She is also a contributing author to AI Everywhere (She Writes AI), a host and editor within the She Writes AI community, and has spoken on AI, cybersecurity, and women in technology at international conferences, including WeAreDevelopers.
What began with conversations between one woman and another has grown into a global community of women learning, teaching, mentoring, and celebrating each other's achievements.
Farida believes history should remember women, and the future should be built by them.
